I am profoundly deaf, 94 and pretty much decided I was never going to hear much again. Daughter brought me here to see if there was any hope. Dr. Meyers and team were amazing, I got my new aids today, I couldn't be happier, they found my niche' and I can hear. Dr. Meyers is patient and excellent in the entire process. The front desk team are sweet and helpful. Thanks to all of you.
My mother is 88, has dementia, and is almost totally deaf. Everyone there was so patient with her through the whole process. Dr. Cluff explained everything fully and even called later to clarify one item for us. We have not received the hearing aid yet but expect the follow-ups will be equally professional.
This is the best place to go for all of my Audiology needs. Very friendly staff and professional. I have had fun at both my appointments. They also take the time to explain things, address your concerns and educate you. They know their business here. I have used hearing aids for 6 years and since I hired this practice to help me I can hear as good as when I was 16 years old. Great place.
