Being a supporter of local businesses, I kept in contact with Versatile though it changed hands in the last year. I'm happy I did. The current organization is competitive, organized, communicative, and transparent. The never-ending sun can wreak havoc on roofing. I am not too excited to go up on the roof from time to time to see what's going on up there. Conor and his team made that effort less necessary by using 'before' and 'after' pictures to inform customers throughout the process. Administratively, Shannon adds to the effort with emails, texts, and phone calls when needed. Vic and Cruz were there to do the work respectfully and seamlessly.... read full review
