I was very happy with the prompt courteous service we received from Donnie at the lock doc. I locked the keys in the van when we parked at Montezuma Castle so googled locksmiths and Donnie was the second one I called (first one didn't show). He referred me to Pedro and after calling and explaining the situation Pedro showed up and within 5 minutes had us unlocked and ready to go again. Very professional and friendly.

I stupidly locked myself out of my house on a very hot day. I borrowed the neighbor's phone to call locksmiths, Donnie was the only one who answered and told me to call Pedro who happened to be in my neighborhood. Pedro was here in 5 minutes and 5 minutes later he got me into my house with zero damage to the door or lock. The charge was reasonable because let's face it--I would have paid whatever they wanted. Highly recommend.
