“I had a trip planned to go up to Sedona today and this store was easily the first in my mind to visit. I had been here previously and bought the tobacco & amber scented whipped body butter about a year ago. My boyfriend and I were so in love with it (and after a melting mishaps) that we needed to get another one! We picked up our body butter (and some shower bombs), but just a few hours later when we opened the packaging, we noticed there was a stain on the inside of the lid. Since we had already left Sedona, we called the store and Stephanie said it was a normal occurrence due to the way the product and lid mingle, but that she would double-check with the owner. She went above and beyond and confirmed with the owner what had happened in the packaging, that it was still safe to use, and overall just made my boyfriend and I feel very appreciative of her. I am definitely looking forward to coming back up to this store in the future!“
