Best studio I’ve been to in literal decades. I have genuinely enjoyed every single class I’ve attended. Every instructor brings something so valuable to each class. I seriously cannot pick a favorite. So grateful this place exists in Cottonwood.

I dropped in for a regular flow class (heated) and it was amazing! I haven't had a full body workout like that in a long time, and it felt so good!I've done bikram before, but never other types of hot yoga. This class was really fun, with the music and the great energy of the instructor, plus all the benefits of dripping with sweat even before the class is finished. :)

Home away from home! Love this studio and the lifestyle and community that surrounds it. Classes to not miss:any of the GODDESS classes?,8:30 AM classes with Rachel, Jen, and Nicole,and the Sunday YIN with Anna
