The bad part about google reviews is that you can only give 5 stars. For Michael and Mountain Aire Heating and Cooling, there should be another category that allows for an extra star or two. They are that good! I've used Mountain Aire exclusively at two locations over the last four years. Multiple repairs at one location, more repairs at the second ultimately resulting in a replacement. FANTASTIC service and a COMPETITIVE price every time. If you are using ANY other HVAC company in the Prescott area, it's the wrong one. Call Mountain Aire next time.
As super satisfied customers of Mountain Aire for the past 4 years, we have had them install 4 HVAC systems in several of our investment properties. Jeremy represents the new generation as he has taken over the company and is taking Mountain Aire to the next level. He is polite, professional, extremely capable, and has an incredible work ethic. We had him install an Aprilaire whole house humidification system recently -- as much as we have loved living in Sedona, the dry air has been tough on our skin and eyes (and wood floors). He was extremely professional and was able to fix my furnace without delay. This was my first time using this company and I could not recommend them enough!
