Experienced a floating sound bath and it was so relaxing! Shannon, the sound and meditation instructor, walks you through a complete body relaxation in the hotel pool. Everything is taken care of and the floats are like little soft beds on the water. I was definitely put in a zen state. A must try!
Started membership last month. Amazing hotel, and activities, and classes. Learned how to play pickleball, and tai chi forms, swim class, and more. Love the live music, lap pool, and gym, sauna, steamer, and hot tub.
