I have been going to Healthy Outcomes now for three years for my hormone replacement therapy. I started out in Sedona and we ended up moving back down to the valley. So incredibly happy that I am able to see Marty in the Glendale office. Staff is so caring and friendly. I highly recommend them!
Healthy Outcomes is a great alternative to NAH. Julia Trainor, NP, is great for your medical needs and she implements both Western and wholistic approaches to assist in your overall wellness. Pricing is very fair and reasonable.
I called more than a dozen doctors in the Sedona/Cottonwood area trying to schedule an annual physical exam and bloodwork in July, 2022. Invariably, I was told that the earliest available appointment for a physical was 5 to 6 months down the road in 2023! I kept calling doctors and health clinics in the area and finally found Julia Trainor, ARNP, at Healthy Outcomes Med Spa in Sedona. Scheduling an appointment with Julia was effortless. She received my bloodwork test results a week later, reviewed the results with me in detail and completed my physical exam.
