I called Kris this AM to request a deep tissue massage before I leave tomorrow on a 3-day drive back to Canada. Simply stated, she fit me into her tight schedule today. I was a wreck when she met me …. I had two shoulders with torn rotator cups, and needing to be replaced. While that surgery has yet to be performed Kris aseesed my condition and performed her magic on my neck, shoulders and spinal column. When .ever I come to Sedona from Michigan, I make sure to schedule a massage with Kris. Being a massage therapist myself, I am picky. Kris is excellent. She knows how to tune into the body and apply the perfect pressure in all the right areas. She’s intuitive and highly skilled in her techniques. I come away feeling lighter, looser and more connected and coherent in my body/mind. I highly recommend her.

I want to highly recommend Kris for deep tissue therapeutic massage. I showed up on her door step with a back spasm in my lower back in full swing of getting worse. I had been driving for several hours across the country after a month long road trip, and i was grateful my good fortune helped me locate Kris from a brief search on the internet for massage in Sedona.
