Diego Mendoza took care of my roofing issue. Actually, it was a rattling air pipe for the hot water heater that made a mechanical clanking sound. Diego confirmed the appointment date and time in advance, showed up on time then located where the sound might be coming from. The venting pipe was secured with pictures to show the work was done, all within an hour! Even though this was not a roofing issue. Per se, he was glad to assist.
I was grateful for a quick turnaround when some of my shingles were gone with the wind. Later there was a major hail incident ... phone calls galore to repair the roof. Hale's came out and confirmed there was zero damage ... a far cry from the $35,000 quote. I trust this business.
