Billy came and fixed the mini-split AC this afternoon, and he was super friendly, on time, and did a great job. He was very articulate and professional and am really thankful he came out and fixed it.

Our AC went out Monday evening. Called Ace immediately. The woman who took the call was exceptionally helpful. Service was scheduled for 2-5 PM the next day. Chris called Tuesday morning and was here by 11AM, immediately diagnosed problem and fixed it.
We are new to the area, and don't have regular people to contact for services. Chris was fair, efficient and told my husband exactly what the problem was, and fixed it immediately. Thank you to Chris and ACE home services.

I called ACE to check on sewer backup, they came right away and were very quick to predict the problem. Both Colt H and James V were exceptional in their work, personalities, answering my questions and hard workers. The job turned out to be much more demanding due to the sewer line being so close to the electric line coming into the house, many hours to dig by hand due to the fact that it was not permissible to use a back hoe.
I highly recommend ACE and these two workers
