Absolutely perfect! We came as a group of 7 for a work event. This was a slice of perfection after a hard hitting day of work. The owner was inviting and very down to earth. She did an amazing job with each of us. At no point was it “too much” or uncomfortable. 10/10 would recommend!

Morning yoga with Mally was so special! My boyfriend and I were looking for an outdoor yoga class that wasn't upwards of $100. This yoga session completely exceeded our desires. It felt more like a session of healing and peace rather than just a yoga class. Everyone was super welcoming and open and the practice felt very intimate with everyone and with nature. Mally's backyard is beautiful and you can see the red rocks on the horizon! Highly recommend doing a sunrise hike nearby and then going to this class.I just cannot explain how special this yoga session was, I'm really sad that I don't have anything like this in my hometown. Mally's incredible sound bath experience was the highlight of our trip. Not only was she was able to accommodate a group of 9, but she provided an equal amount of attention to every single one of us. Mally is truly gifted and we are so grateful for her profound and much needed insight.
