Holly 🥹 what can I say? After a long day of travel from Canada, I needed some Sedona magic. I posted in a Sedona Facebook group a week or two before my trip looking for a body worker I was in resonance with. She reached out and we have a lot of mutual interests with dance and movement. When I arrived for my session, it felt like coming home. 90 minutes of loving care - it was exactly what I needed. If you’re in Sedona for any length of time… I highly recommend!
I’d love to share what we did on our final morning in Sedona!
Through Facebook we found Holly- I was looking for something to do as a couple (this is our first vacation away from our toddler). She took us on a “couples retreat hike” we had an amazing hike early morning with beautiful views in an almost empty area, followed by yoga and some energy work for my husband and I.
Holly is super knowledgeable, fun, and showed us a great and relaxing time. I cannot cannot cannot recommend her and her work enough.
10/10
My afternoon with Holly was pure Sedona magic. I left our guided hike and movement therapy feeling at ease and equally energized. Not only did she provide history and knowledge of our surroundings - pointing out landmarks, vortexes, indigenous plants and more - but she was so kind as to take some pictures of me, answer my many questions and give me a local, insiders perspective to this majestic place. Our experience ended with sun salutations, stretching and grounding into the red rocks in the most beautiful space among the monuments. It was still, serene and absolutely perfect. I would book this experience again and again. Thank you Holly!
