I went in for a 90 minute massage without an appointment. I did not have to wait, the manager took my temperature , I was already wearing a facemask ,she was too.My therapist name this time was Jennifer. This was my 3rd visit to this location and it keeps getting better. Jennifer was very skilled and considerate, completely professional. I get a massage every 2 weeks and will continue coming to this location. The rooms are very clean and smelled wonderful. I highly recommend Jennifer .

I've been here three times and have an appointment scheduled for later today. After my fiasco with another massage place in the same plaza, I happily found this place that took me in as a walk-in for an hour massage. I had to pay in advance of the service, which I always find odd, but also can understand. They take credit card payment and you can tip using the card too, but of course cash is best for tip. I had a really awesome massage from the lady, got her name, and received their card, but when I got home I discovered there was like a stamp program thing on the back of the card and they didn't provide that lol. The next time I got a massage, I asked for two hours and they didn't make me pay in advance. I got another lady and she started off really bad by slapping my neck around that I was just about to ask for someone else and then it got better as she actually massages me. She was good for the most part, but then I noticed she was on her phone while she was massaging me. You know, the one handed massage. The buzz of the phone. The clicking of her typing? Now you shouldn't do that at all, but I can understand if you need to do a quick read and reply text since--stuff happens. But she was constantly on it so I stopped the massage and she was surprised. I told her I was stopping the massage because she was on the phone and she looked shocked and apologized. She told me it would be a 90 minute massage charge which I said fine, but when I got home, I realized it has only been like a maybe 75 minute massage. So not only did she make me cut the massage short when I wanted two hours, but she over charged me! I still tipped well, but I was a little annoyed. I got her name and then asked for the prior girl's name so I could book with that girl again. The one thing she did do for me was mark my card twice to reflect my first service so I appreciated that. It really does depend who you get! The third time I went back to the first girl and had a 90 minute massage which was pretty good again. I wanted to go back the next day, but got busy so now I'll be going back today:). Because of the second girl, I had to lower my stars and honestly, I would have lowered it to three, but that really isn't fair to the business since most people don't take the time to read the reason why so thats why it's four stars. If it hasn't been for that second lady, I would have given this five stars since I had great massage at very reasonable costs. There's ample parking outside. It's quiet with great relaxing soft music playing. Massage oil is okay--not too smelly. The first girl is very thorough in her massage and I appreciate that as that is rare. They have a bathroom for use and it looked like maybe a shower as well? I haven't used the shower. I'm sure I'll be coming back for more massages and can recommend at least for the girl I like. Sorry, I won't say her name cuz I want to make sure I can always book her last minute.

I visit Zen Spa weekly for 90 minutes of deep tissue and Thai massage therapy from the experienced Licensed Massage Therapists. Lucy, Tina and Mia are all terrific. They will taylor your massage based on your requests. I sometimes request the hot stones. Spotless, private rooms with soothing music for relaxing and de-stressing. My back is rejuvenated each time. Convenient location and plenty of parking. Appointments usually unnecessary except weekends. Yes, it has been a weekly highlight for me!
