Nyla is my dance, fitness, AND spiritual advisor through her classes and workshops. She not only taught me to twerk (as someone who never danced at all prior to age 39) but also taught me to be in my feminine, fascia & nervous system work, and confidence across myriad situations. An incredible studio for fitness and evolution.

A group of 5 of us went for my best friend’s bachelorette party and took a private pole dancing class. We all had the time of our lives and shared lots of laughter! The lesson was fun, engaging, educational, safe, and the space was very professional and clean. I would 100% do it again and I think so would most of the other girls in the group. Thank you Nyla you were incredible!

Nyla was fabulous!! She made our group of 10 feel welcome, sexy, and bad ass! She is the perfect person to instruct a class of this nature. Fun, vibrant, and cultured. 10/10.

Exercise modifications are provided and she caters the class to your preferred intensity. Big booty or flat booty she will get ya SHAKIN!!
