My name is Becky. I am giving this store a five star review because you guys have an awesome lady working for you! I have autism and went to Ultas with my mom and daughter there to get finger nails and I have a hard time doing my nails because I don't understand the whole process and this amazing lady in your makeup section helped me do my nails and was very kind and understanding. She deserves a raise for outstanding customer service!! Thank you Ultas!!
I normally shop here as my go to beauty supplier. I spend lots and lots here. The last couple of times I’ve been pretty disappointed. Pushy sales associates the first time trying to sell me things I didn’t need or want. Today I went in, and although the young girl was nice, she didn’t let me smell the $195 perfume I wanted, even though they had travel sizes available. How am I supposed to know what I’m getting if I can’t smell it? Doesn’t make sense to me.
I’ll be shopping at Sephora from here on out.
