I brought a quilt to be cleaned. It’s handmade by a dear friend so I didn’t want to risk washing it for fear of color bleeding. They called me to say they could not clean it for the same reason. I appreciate that they could have just gone ahead and could have been ruined. Very nice staff, very professional.

I missed the pickup person since I had an emergency. However, I was able to drop off my king dawn comforter and it was all set and ready for pickup within 24 hours. They did an amazing job with it. I didn't think it could be any whiter but they proved me wrong haha. Will definitely use their services again for the bigger heavier items. They also have a drop off area if you just don't want to go into their store which seemed really considerate given all the issues we are having. They definitely make it easy.

I have used them for many years and always been very satisfied. I have had a few problems but every time they have corrected the problem or replaced the item that was damaged. Just dropped off another batch for cleaning this morning
