Today is my third visit. The ambiance is calming and relaxing. I have had two massage therapists and they have exceeded my expectations. I leave feeling less pain. My only problem is fighting wanting to fall asleep. I haven’t experienced migraines since starting. I wish there was a closer one as I’m on west valley. They made a member and a believer out it me. I always thought massages were wants and The NOW has shown me they are a necessity in life. Thank you.
The massage membership at The Now is a really great way to stay consistent in your recovery, even just taking an hour every other week for yourself is well worth the investment. I love the wave sounds and dark room, it’s so relaxing, the therapists don’t talk throughout the massage.
