Marcella (Ella) is an absolute miracle worker. When I first became her client, my hair was over-processed, damaged, and breaking. She installed hair extensions so my hair could grow while we were reconditioning it. Yes, your hair can and will grow with Great Lengths extensions in the hands of a professional like Ella! During this time of bringing my hair back to health, Ella was still able to give me a beautiful platinum blond color. Now, I have healthy, shoulder length hair. I no longer need extensions. Rather, I receive a keratin treatment every 3-4 months which straightens my hair, makes it faster to blow dry, and leaves it healthier. (less heat required)....read full review

Marcella (Ella) is an artist! I live out of state but visit Scottsdale regularly and found her 7 years ago. Every time I stray and let someone else cut my hair I come back to her and she fixes yet another bad cut or color. She is the only stylist who ‘gets’ my hair! Ella is by far the most talented hair professional I have ever met. She works so hard to make my color, cut, and texture (keratin) be the best it can be for me. I just love my appointments with Ella!

I have been seeing Ella for several years. I trust her on multiple fronts. She understands color, she knows what’s on trend, and she is just really good at what she does. Plus, she is highly personable and fashionable herself. I would not trust anyone else to do my hair!
