Do not book an appointment unless you want half of your hair to be gone. Most of your hair will come out when they try to forcefully brush your super tangled hair when it’s drenched after rinsing out the bleach. Also, I had to cut off over 3 inches because the ends were so fried. Additionally, the bleach was left on in some areas way longer than other areas which resulted in an uneven color. The balayage technique was great but damaged hair is ugly hair. Mind you my hair was very healthy to begin with, no heat products used for a long time and I use salon professional products.

Honestly I am not impress with the final product for the price that I paid. I decided to try someone new. She asked for a deposit which I was fine with which I know is in case I’m late or I don’t show up. Usually deducted from my service. I showed up to my appointment and I asked to be quoted on a price for my hair she quoted me 240. I was fine with it. We continue the service but it seemed like she was bother by my presence. We went over everything and final product of my hair was okay, not really what I was looking for as she didn’t go closest to my roots as I would have liked. I was told to come early and still had to wait 3 hours. I live an hour and a half away. Even with waiting 3 hours she did not apologize nor address it. Told her what I wanted, color wise and how I wanted my haircut and I didn’t get neither. I understand it’s difficult to get something fully done in one session but other hairstylist I’ve gone to, if they couldn’t get it done they would let me know and offer alternatives. Most hairdressers as well will engage in conversation with you but Briana only talked to her assistant about what they would be doing later that night. Not professional. I still had to pay 300 bucks.
