We went to Animal Medical & Surgical Center when referred by my primary vet, due to my dog, Rylee, having a spontaneous pneumothorax. He was my baby and the love of my life. Even though he did not make it, Animal Medical & Surgical Center did absolutely everything they could to save him and provide us with the most compassionate care possible. I was able to spend the majority of his time at the hospital by his side, so neither of us had to be alone. The quality of service and empathetic care provided to both of us was immeasurable. It was above, and beyond anything I could ever expect from a vet or physician of any kind. This is especially true when it came to the help we received from Tammy and Dr. Harris. Tammy went as far as trying to feed me dinner because she knew I had been there all day. Dr. Harris sat on the floor with Rylee and I while she clearly explained all of our options, provided great insight, and was beyond supportive when it came to helping us make the right decision for our boy. She provided constant updates and always checked in. Dr. Harris and Tammy were the silver lining to one of the worst weeks of my life and I will never forget them. All in all, this is without a doubt the place you want to bring your fur babies if you are ever in need of help.
