As a first time Tesla owner I was unsure about a noise I had been hearing since delivery, under 5 mph and turning the wheel there was a audible thumping type sound. I decided to call in to the service center to see if it was a normal noise. I spoke to Kelly who asked me to set up an appointment to bring the vehicle in. It was a few weeks out but she advised me to bring it in sooner if I had an opportunity so that a tech could advise if it was something serious. I had time that day to swing my vehicle by and Arny heard the sound immediately and said it could be something that needed to just be retorqued. Other car manufacturers and dealers take note. This was my first Tesla purchase. Ordered online on Wednesday- took delivery less than a week on Sunday. Everything from ordering to prompts on the app make it a breeze. No haggling, no unwanted dealer add-ons. No spending 5-8 hours sitting in a dealership as they give you the run around or just move in slow motion.
Check-in and delivery was so fast. Maybe 10-15 minutes total? I took more time examining my car for any panel gap issues, mechanical, electrical, or paint issues. Not a single issue. Kyle and Landon are amazing service reps. They took care of me quickly after an emergency. Not only is Tesla the best car but nobody comes close to the way they handle people and service especially in an emergency situation. .
