When reading these reviews, most if not all are for a California location! We just had an extremely smooth and AMAZING experience with Jessika, our Design Consultant, at the Scottsdale location! She was promptly on time with water ready and came extremely prepared! The wife and I came well prepared as well which made the visit effortless. Her years of experience and personable demeaner made us feel at ease! She showed us items that even we didn't think of and hadn't already seen and helped us with honest feedback regarding options and products available. Angie was lovely to work with! She carefully planned everything with us, going into detail on any questions we had. We were very particular with what we wanted, and she made sure to make it all happen. It was such a fun process, don’t let the reviews steer you away!

Very rushed. She told me only big doors on first floor and not on second which was false and we had to have the manager redo the whole visit but via phone.

She was just rushing and didnt respect that this is a big purchase that we need time to make decisions to our liking. I talked to management she stayed behind her hours to fix it but kept saying oh she is great just didnt know the floor plan...but there were more issues than just the door ultimately her attitude so it was a very off putting experience.
