My friend had 3 sore points on a Friday night. I recommended he call Dr. Svans office even though not a patient. Dr. Svans unbelievably texted him back with 2 courses of self treatment for Friday night and if it still did not resolve he would see him in the office on Saturday!!! This level of care and attention is unheard of today! Not only is Dr. Svans an excellent dentist he is a caring person and the person/patient comes first - especially as my friend was not a patient but he was suffering. 10 STARS for this practice.
