EXPERIENCED Estate Planning Attorney that knows Estate Planning Laws!!! My wife and I are 33 years old with growing assets, business's and wealth to our name. I explained to him our backgrounds, children, and what we might need to protect our children's future if we were to pass away. Steven got us on his schedule immediately. We came into his Gilbert office, sat down, and went over our the amount of cash in our bank accounts, ownership in real estate, companies we own, etc. He knew exactly what we needed and how to PROTECT OUR CHILDREN'S futures. We paid $2,500 for the complete package (Last Wills, Living Wills, Transfer Deed of Home Into Trust, Creating Trust, Power Of Attorney, Healthcare Power Of Attorney). Steven Jackson is extremely professional, polite, and most importantly he is experienced in Estate Planning! He constructed our Living Wills, Last Wills, Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power Of Attorney, and our Trust which outlines exact instructions on what should be done with our children, companies, cash, and all assets. Here's What I Really Appreciate About Working With Steven Jackson: He was there every step of the way. If I called or emailed him with general questions throughout and even after the process was over, he was quick to email or call me back and still made himself available to answer my questions.
