This was my first time at this spa and I’d have to say, the experience was amazing! The front desk was professional and accommodating. Sylvia was my massage therapist and she did not disappoint. Her touch was deep, thorough, relaxing and she worked out my trouble spot in my shoulder. On the way out, I was able to meet Luna, the office dog who also added to the ambiance of the visit. Hands down, best experience in a spa.

I had a facial with Jenna and it was incredible! She was thorough and checked in with me often to make sure I was comfortable. The pod was heated and it vibrated! She asked me before she did extractions and told me she was about to do some so I was prepared. She was also so gentle during that process! We were chatting but she never dominated the conversation, which is a skill not many people have, to flow between conversation and silence. While the mask was on she gave a wonderful neck and scalp massage, firm yet gentle! I loved the way she gently tugged my hair at the nape of my neck and behind my temples!
