The staff are very caring and informative. They walked me through every step of the surgical process. I felt at ease once so walk through the door. They texted me pre op, during and post on. The Dr. called me before the surgery and after the surgery. I would definitely refer this center.
Our vet recommended TPLO surgery and after speaking to a few different providers, Southwest was the best fit. All the staff was wonderful. They all were great with our pup, Mocha. Highly recommend them.
I have to thank all the team for taking such a good care of my dog. She needed surgery ASAP, and the entire team helped me get her into surgery the same day. Thank you to everyone! Special thanks to Dr. Newman, Ashley and Narda!!
