SkyTouch, I love you, but I don't think you fully understand the meaning of "higher than average call volume". It would imply that at some point, you have enough operators to, normally, sufficiently handle call volume without wait times. Judging from the fact that every time I've called your support line in the years of using your services, and received this disclaimer *every time*, this is not the case; meaning you're either critically understaffed and lying to save face or you have no idea what "average" actually means.
