The customer service at the Simplicity Scottsdale office is second to none. The team’s focus on ensuring that the client gets the most effective laser treatment possible exceeds my expectations every time — also — very professional —- helpful —-and friendly demeanor among the entire team. The owners of the biz are lucky to have Dawn, Sarah and Jenna as they are the glue that holds everything together.

Dawn is AMAZING!!!!! She’s very professional. She’s quick, and does great work. I highly recommend. Everyone that works here is awesome and I tell everybody they need to come to this location for treatments.

I am super happy with my services I have been receiving thus far from Simplicity Laser, Pima location in Scottsdale. The ladies at this location, Dawn, Sarah, Dallas and the other gals (I apologize can’t recall some of their names off the top of my head) But, they are so warm and welcoming! They always make my visit fun and as if I am hanging out with my girlfriends (that’s how nice and easy they are to talk to). Every technician specialist is knowledgeable and ready to answer and questions I may have! I look forward to continuing my appointments with them and see my final results!!
