Sillouette Spa. Don't waste your money on an office that the MA, Rene, is rude, disrespectful, and belligerent. I have been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Ptak for several years and this MA caused me to finally walk out. The Surgeon is getting ready to retire, which is about 9 years too late. EVERY procedure I have had done had to be revised repeatedly and still I am not happy with the results. One procedure, I'm at the surgicenter, I.V. started, I'm ready..The Dr. ? HE FORGOT ABOUT ME AND NEVER SHOWED UP! Surgery, of course, had to be rescheduled.and I had to pay the surgicenter - Again.
