This office has always been good to me. Setting up an appointment can be annoying when you want to speak to an actual person and they never pick up the phone but leaving a voicemail with them will get you through to someone quickly as they usually call back promptly.

Mind blown! And 5 bright, shining stars for Dr. Stevens, Liz (technician), and Alyssa. I am BEYOND impressed and pleasantly surprised with my 11/7/19 new-patient appointment here. Why surprised? Based on my previous, Wisconsin-based interactions with numerous medical personnel, I had come to expect no more than a 2-star experience here. Not. Even. Close! FIVE stars all the way! A few key words to describe Dr. Stevens and Liz (Alyssa too, although my brief interaction with her was to share feedback on my experience that day): Warm, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate, helpful, sincere, and caring.
