Came here for a gel manicure while I was visiting out of town and unfortunately was given below average service. My manicure was sloppy and not at all what I’m used to getting. I used to go to Scottsdale Nails until 2 years ago. I came in for an appointment and there was a woman behind me that said she could not wear a mask because she had asthma. By then, most salons had lifted the mask requirement. I came to her defense and was denied service there. Oh well. I'm sure they have plenty of business, but I felt it was just wrong. Annette

It's rare that I post a two star review! Salon has been awful. Nail tech (Rachel) had a bad attitude and was rude. The receptionist made a mistake with my appointment and the tech blamed me. They were not sympathetic that I had an event to go to and needed my nails done. I made another appointment and then got a call from the receptionist that Diva Rachel didn't want to do my nails anymore. It's all about them; they do not appreciate the customers or tips. Raised prices; just not worth it. There are plenty of other nail salons that do a better job.
