Doctors and Staff are great! If you need a primary care doctor I highly recommend going here. The dr's take their time with you to make sure they answer all your questions and always follow up with you after your appointment. I never have to wait any longer then my scheduled appointment time which is great.
They are by far the quickest in getting you an appointment and most efficient health care office I've ever been too. They also offer allergy testing and treatment for your allergies which has helped my family and I so much since we started our treatment.
I think the negative reviews on this office is from years ago with different doctors and staff.
Dr. Crystal Cunningham is a top-notch doctor. She listens to your concerns and symptoms and is great at diagnosing the problem. She is always professional, friendly and positive with great follow up. I highly recommend Dr. Cunningham for all of your medical needs. She is also skilled in alternative treatments and thinks outside the box when needed.
The office staff could use some improvement, especially in how they answer the phone like they just rolled out of bed (lol), but they do get me in to see Dr. Cunningham when I need her, even on short notice, so they get the job done!
I've been coming here for years. So I've seen good times and bad times. The Doctors there have always been nice and professional. The office staff has gotten better. Still not the best however getting better. I'm taking one start off because of the office staff since they are not the ones who are dealing with my issues. I usually get in within 3 days and meds are sent in a timely manner.
