My sister got 4 of us a spa day here and I have mixed feelings about it. We were told we could come in early to enjoy the resort amenities, so we came 2 hours early. Tiffany and the rest of the staff were just incredibly nice and helpful but this is definitely not a resort. The spa is attached to the main pool so we get in our suits and robes and get to the pool and there are a zillion kids, kid games, kid movies etc…the “restaurant” was 1 cook and 1 bartender and counter service. There are no other options. We grabbed a quick snack (good enough) then had our facials and massages. From checking in to checking out the experience at Running Water Spa was nothing short of amazing. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. The facial and massage I received were fantastic. Would and have recommended this spa to friends and family. Will be returning here in the future.
The front desk girl greeted me warmly and was attentive and kind. Sharon my masseuse was amazing and did a wonderful job on the massage. She was sweet and accommodating. The massage was so needed and given to me as a bday gift. I’d go back!
