I love Rolf’s! When I went into the salon the first time I didn’t get quite was I was looking for, when I came back for a color adjustment Spencer and Chandler from the Scottsdale location immediately set me up with a color specialist to get the exact shade I was looking for at no charge.Miscommunications and mistakes happen everywhere and anywhere, that’s life, but it’s rare for a salon to care as much as I do about my hair and to be so gracious and accommodating about making sure I’m happy with the outcome. I cannot recommend Rolfs highly enough. I love my hair now! <3

Lucia is the hair whisperer. I went from boring, lifeless hair to flirty, bouncy hair --- one of my favorite hair transformations ever! ? I showed her a picture, explained that I have no hair routine nor do I want one, and she delivered.The salon is spacious and very clean. The front staff great you at the door with a smile and graciously say goodbye (even held the door open for me).?(I rarely take photos, let alone selfies, but Lucia's work should be shared.)

Dion is great! Not only did he do an AMAZING job on my hair and makeup for one of my wedding events last fall, but he also helped restore my hair to its optimal health through several haircuts and treatments in the months leading up to my wedding (I really neglected it during the early COVID days). You can tell he takes his work very seriously, and always strives to make you look your best! He also has a great energy which helped dissipate my pre-wedding nerves. Thank you Dion!
