Reformed Pilates is a total diamond in the rough in the Valley. Between the number of studios and the extensive class schedule, it’s almost too easy to stay consistent. The vibe is welcoming at every location I’ve tried—North Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Desert Ridge, and McCormick Ranch—which is harder to find than it should be. But the real MVPs are the instructors. They set the tone, keep you honest, and actually correct you (bless). Shoutout to my favorites: Jacque, Carly J, CJ, Karen, and lately Jenna T—every class is equal parts brutal and amazing. If you want Pilates that works and doesn’t take itself too seriously, this is it.
There is no other than Reformed Pilates! I’ve been a member for several years and it’s the best studio with the nicest and most professional ladies. Every class is different and I’ve learned such a wide variety of routines. They are very helpful answering questions and modifying exercises if needed. I just finished my 500th class today! ❤️❤️❤️
I highly recommend Reformed Pilates. I’ve been attending for 5 years and still find it challenging. I find this such a great addition to my cardio and lifting workouts. By adding Pilates 2-3 times per week, I’ve kept my core strong, strengthened the small muscles and ligaments around my joints while also increasing my flexibility. The instructors are all great. Everyone can benefit from pilates at Reformed.
