I have been a customer at Refine for quite some time. The new location in Scottsdale is great. I strongly recommend Dina for a mani/pedi, she does an amazing job and provides great conversation. Be sure to ask her for a beer during your service.
I would strongly urge that if you are a man and you want to take care of your feet then make an appointment with Dina. This is not just getting your toenails clipped. It is a remarkable rejuvenation of your feet. Your feet will feel great for weeks. Dina is an experienced professional and the salon is equipped with state-of-the-art chairs with back massage and rejuvenating foot treatments.
