First time at Quail Run Needlework today and WOW! Beautiful pieces of finished work and an array of canvases and threads to choose from. Susan picked all the threads needed for my canvases and made it effortless. Very welcoming for someone who is new to needlepoint and I will definitely be coming back.

I went in for some Crosstitch material and was told very nicely that they only carried needle art materials. The lady in the front, I think her name was Joanna was very pleasant and informative. I don't do needlepoint, but it seemed like the supplies went on forever, and the display objects were beautiful.

This was one of the most amazing needlepoint stores I have ever been in... Johanna helped me and she was just lovely. I think we spent more than two hours in here... Service was fabulous. The organization of the store was incredible. I could not find one thing wrong if I tried, I recommend the store highly
