I have a large deep red rug for the living room and a smaller runner which is placed near the door. Before moving to AZ, I did not have the rugs cleaned as there was not a company that specialized in oriental rugs where I lived. When I learned about PV rugs in Scottsdale, I took my rugs in for cleaning and continue to do so. The recent cleaning was perfect. The red rug was brightened and the runner looks like new. When the fringe gets too worn, PV will also replace. I recommend them to care for your special rugs. PS, for the first time I used their pick up and delivery service and they were very prompt and courteous. Loved that it saved me a trip.
