In saying that, my appointment today with Michael for Botox ( I admit it � ) might have been the most enjoyable, easy and FAST experience in a spa that I have ever had!
Every staff member was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home, which we all know is a great feeling to have when getting any beauty treatment. I was introduced to Michael within mins and seriously loved every minute. He patience was so calming, and spent time with me, getting to know me and what I was looking for while also giving me great advice and his opinion on how to get the perfect outcome. He was fast, to the point and professional.
Long story short,
I’m so happy with the results and I’m thrilled to have found him! He’s a keeper ���
I’ve been coming to Pure Benefits for several laser sessions and unfortunately had an issue with my skin after one of my recent appointments. There was some miscommunication at first, but once I was able to speak with the owners and management, they really took the time to listen to me and address my concerns.
They met with me, reviewed everything with me, offered a solution and made sure I felt heard and supported. I really appreciated how seriously they took the situation and how kind everyone was when I came in.
I’m glad we were able to resolve everything on a positive note, and I really appreciate the way they handled it in the end.
