For each appointment, I receive multiple text reminders, multiple email reminders, and multiple phone call reminders. I always confirm the appointment but keep receiving these annoying reminders. I mention it to the front desk staff, but they act like they can't do anything about it or care to follow up with someone who can.

I loved my care team here, too bad my insurance gave me a letter saying I can't go here anymore. It's tough finding a doctor who actually cares. Dr. Donald Cunningham and Debra Locke & staff provided that. I will miss them very much, but maybe in the future insurances will just add previous doctor's to a health success story. ? ??
