I had some pants hemmed with Rosa, she is amazing. The entire experience was phenomenal. The communication the staff provided was above and beyond my expectations. Fantastic service!!!
We use Prestige for all our dry cleaning while in Scottsdale. They do a wonderful job with our clothes and they usually turn it around in one day, two days max. Recently, I needed 4 dresses altered in a hurry. I took them to Prestige and worked with their tailor, Rosa, a darling woman and an incredibly efficient tailor. The alterations were going to take a bit longer than a week to turn around. Longer than ideal. When I asked if there was any way to get them done in a week, Rosa replied, “not to worry . . . I’ll make that happen.” I had dropped them off on a Friday afternoon. They were ready the following Monday!!! And, the alterations were all beautifully done....read full review
