The staff is friendly and dedicated to safety and security, creating a supportive environment for members. However, some reviewers have noted that the gym could improve on cleanliness, especially since the older crowd sometimes forgets to clean their machines after use, which can be bothersome. There have also been suggestions to change the gym hours to 5 a.m. to 11 p.m. instead of the current 4 a.m. to 10 p.m., as members feel longer hours would be helpful. Overall, Planet Fitness remains a laid-back and motivating gym with Big Fitness Energy, aiming to help members achieve their fitness goals and feel energized all day long.
One of my airpods fell out and bounced on one of the stairclimber steps, landing inside the machine. An employee named Stephen (Steven, sp?) was extremely helpful. He had me trigger the sound alert so he could locate it and then he opened the machine up on both sides so he could find it inside. He was very professional and pleasant. Planet Fitness is lucky to have him on their team!

Did not expect the FIRST CLASS customer service from the team that signed me up.Thank you Jacob & Chuck, for you kindness, laid back professionalism, making me feel important & most of all your time & not rushing me through the sign up process.You two were AWESOME & if I could give you more than 5 STARS I would.This facility was clean clean clean, the machines, the ladies restroom & the workout area itself especially the Black Card Spa are where they offer red light, tanning rooms, Hydrotherapy & massage chairs & so much more.Location is great.Plenty of parking & the atmosphere had a good vibe. Huge shout out to Jessie, who is a wonderful human being! She made my stay in Scottsdale a little bit easier, and I thank her for welcoming me to the gym. This was the closest gym to where I was staying, and it was super clean, easy to access, tons of free weight options, and just a general overall chill vibe! I hope to be back!
