I’ve been doing pilates for over 20 years and am even certified in it. However, after two back to back Csections I knew I needed hands on help rehabbing my core. I feel so lucky to have found Robin. She is absolutely amazing and has taught me so much. Within a few sessions I felt stronger and more mobile, plus I’ve never had so much fun in a class. I highly recommend Pilates 4 You!

Robin is a phenomenal Pilates Instructor! Her 30 year massage therapist background only enhances your experience. Every move she teaches you comes with an education of how your bodies muscles, joints, ligaments etc are benefitting. Her guidance of making sure you are using your core correctly in completing the move is invaluable. You will walk out of her class and know you have a core and what its purpose is to be successful at Pilates.
