They lost some of my bed parts and broke my PS2
I tried talking to them but are unwilling to do anything to make it right .
I was told she would call me back but never did.
I wouldn't hire them again

Scheduled a U-Box through U-Haul and needed it delivered on a Saturday. They set me up with Phoenix A to Z moving because U-Haul does not deliver on Saturdays. I booked this 3 weeks before my move. I didn’t get any confirmation from Phoenix A to Z moving. I called multiple times starting the Monday before my move. I left a voicemail as well. I never got an answer or a response until Thursday (2 days before my move).

I would not use this company, no communication and very unprofessional to send a text message saying they cannot assist with my move 2 days before they were scheduled to move.

I used this company once. A couple years ago and since I had no issues in the past. I decided to use them again. (Even gave them an additional 150.00 tip!) I Schedule my moving help 18 days in advance. Never received any form of communications. The day of my move @ 9:56AM I had one missed call no voicemail no text nothing was left. At 10:02 AM I Called back no answer. 1 hour later called them back no answer. I called at least 3 times, unresponsive! I intentionally Scheduled way in advance to avoid these types of issues. Now I'm forced to look for help last minute elsewhere, as I'm flying out of town in a week and half and the tickets are already paid for and nonrefundable!
