CLOSED? I just tried to book using the link and it took me to the PetSmart app and it's closed. That's unfortunate, as I was hoping to be able to book an appointment for my new puppy.

Bath & brush spa day for our small short haired kitty and everything went perfectly with the groomer Krissy, whom is super friendly and professional. Recommend! Not experienced with anyone else since we come in infrequently but prior groomers have been ok but not outstanding (but Krissy is great.)

We have two dogs that do not shed. That means our house stays largely pet hair free but also that their coats hold onto any dirt. We took both of them to the Groomery and had a great experience. Unlike some self-serve dog baths, the tubs were low enough that the dogs could easily jump into them. Our 90 pound Old English Sheepdog jumped right in and we hooked him to the lead. Soaped him up, let him shake to ensure that I was properly soaked, scrubbed him, and then rinsed. Wife had the same experience with our Wheaton Terrier/Poodle mix (Whoodle). Very reasonable price, clean facility, and good choice of soaps. Just bring your own towels unless you own a Chiwawa.
