DON’T HAVE THEM GROOM YOUR DOG! BEWARE. Took my dog for grooming. When I picked her up I noticed she had a huge rash around her mouth, they cut her whiskers ( who does that ). Also they didn’t even bathe her. This is the 2nd time I have been thoroughly disappointed. Go somewhere else. Terrible!!!!!
PetsMart needs to look into their employee policies and procedures, especially as it relates to their corporate leadership level employees. One of them expressed very insensitive and racist views towards a particular group of people as well as sported insanely racist tattoos. We will never spend a cent at PetsMart or associated businesses.
CLOSED? I just tried to book using the link and it took me to the PetSmart app and it's closed. That's unfortunate, as I was hoping to be able to book an appointment for my new puppy.
