After doing extensive research about windows for our new house, we decided on Pella because they were able to meet all our wishes and needs.The showroom is excellent and Donny Chavez our sales person helped us with his knowledge, expertise and experience deciding on all the important details for the windows and sliding doors. He took the time to walk us through all possible options of their products. We are very pleased how the windows turned out, especially the two huge picture windows. We highly recommend Donny for his customer-oriented commitment.

We were very pleased with all aspects of our window replacement experience with Pella. The salesman was extremely knowledgable. He took the time to understand our needs in order to select the appropriate window product. The window installation crew was also extremely efficient ad meticulous. The taping of plastic shield on the interior almost completely reduced interior dust. Their cleanup at the end of each day was immaculate. The stucco crew also did an amazing job, matching the old stucco pattern to a tee. They also did an amazing job of cleanup at the end of the day. Gregg Uitermarkt, Pella Technician, was outstanding. He corrected a couple issues caused the builder and took extra time to explain the many Pella window features.He is definitely a major credit to our local Pella distributor...
