I was bravely escorted here by my wife under the guise of “just relaxing for an hour.” I arrived skeptical. I left moisturized, humbled, and oddly at peace with the universe.

Let me be clear.. I did not know my feet were capable of feeling this good. At one point I’m pretty sure my soul briefly exited my body during the massage and came back calmer, smoother, and with better cuticles.

The staff was professional, friendly, and did not judge me when I audibly screeched during the tickle portion. The chairs are basically luxury recliners designed to convince grown men that pedicures are, in fact, elite self-care.

Edit: while i love the salon and everyone is friendly, they just dont have the design talent to make my visions come to life. 5 stars for plain nails and their approach to them, but have to dock a star for design limitations.
Have been searching for a closer nail salon that didn't disappoint and I think I found a home! Had a great pedicure and nail session. They do gel builder and hand designs. Love how they approached the gel builder and shaping. Great nail color selections but not SUPER extensive.

I love Paulene nails! No matter who you go to, they always do a great job. They are reliable and accommodating. I have gone here for years and they never disappoint. Highly recommend!
