Natallia did my retouch for my brows and she did an excellent job. I was scared to have it done again because my first time (3 years ago with someone else) was painful, but she made me feel really comfortable and I really liked the results. If you are in the Scottsdale area, I highly recommend Natallia for permanent cosmetic makeup! Plus, she is very nice!!!
